THE BRAY’S HOUSE

The Bray’s House is a turn of the century property in a street where houses don’t often become available. Located near Kingston’s town centre, Jo and Doug have a design flare and wanted to create a family home for their energetic but growing family.

The proposed work pushed financial limits: a guest suite, an office, three main bedrooms, a family bathroom, an ensuite, a TV room, a separate laundry, a dining space, and (most importantly) a kitchen zone with a seamless connection to the patio and garden. The overall aim of this project was to provide a design that matched their gregarious personalities.
