ITV IDENT Bug Hotel

Commissioned by ITV as 1 of 52 visual artists in the UK to create an ident, 121 Collective first aired this 2-metre-tall bug hotel across the broadcasting network in August 2019. Made from 80% reclaimed materials sourced from both household and industry waste, the wide range of materials used are representative of the channel’s diversity.

Since production completion, the bug hotel has been adopted by the Farm of Futures at the Tolworth Main Allotment. It currently acts as a habitat for the variety of species that now call it home.
