This installation is considered the catalyst for SHEDx, the community-led regeneration project in Tolworth. Designed and built by Unit 5 from Kingston School of Art lead by Takeshi Hayatsu and Jim Reed, in collaboration with The Community Brain, this project replicates a specific run-down shed from the Tolworth allotments which represents an architecture that is representative of British allotment culture. Inside, the shed exhibits some detailed survey drawings by the students of plots within the Tolworth Allotments and recorded oral histories and interviews from various allotment owners.

It has been designed to be flat-packed and mobile, allowing for the shed to be transported and exhibited in various locations around London, creating a thought-provoking presence. The project exhibited at the Royal Hampton Court Palace Flower Show won the RHS and was also exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum, and Lambeth Palace Garden Museum with future plans for the shed to appear across the local borough.
